About Jacobien Muller

Co-Chair of Disability Inclusion Community, Eviden

Jacobien Muller is Global Communication & Engagement Manager at Eviden. She has a Master in Industrial Engineering & Management Science and is specialized in logistics. She started her career in logistics at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol (Schiphol Group) and continued her career as a Project Manager in IT and later an Agile Coach. Over the past five years she has specialized in Employee Experience and Diversity Equity & Inclusion. This year she made the move to Communication, which she really enjoys doing.

She has always been fascinated by what drives people. In 2007 she entered the world of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and obtained her master’s degree in this field, and many more certificates in the same direction. She has always continued to develop in this area. NLP assumes that the brain works like a computer and can therefore be reprogrammed.

Jacobien has a joyful personality and she is a public speaker and gives internal training internally as well as externally.
She is the co-chair for Adaptability which is the Employee Resource Group for persons with disabilities, in Eviden. Her passion drives her to help make the workplace more inclusive and comfortable for everyone!
