Graham Scanlon is Head of Critical National Infrastructure at Atos UK, where he leads the company’s work across transport, energy, utilities, water and communications. With a 20-year career in complex IT services and programme delivery, he specializes in the convergence of operational and information technology and the application of data, AI and systems integration to some of the UK’s most demanding infrastructure environments. He leads Atos UK’s strategic partnership with HS2 and is a driving force behind the company’s new Centre of Excellence, which aims to foster cross-sector collaboration and accelerate innovation across critical national infrastructure.
