Gayathri is an R&D Leader at Atos, where she leads Autonomous Quality Systems (AQS) innovation through AI-enabled agentic platforms, including Intelligent Quality Engineer, Eval Engineer, QE Assist and Data Quality Assurance. A named inventor with a US-published patent, she has built and scaled intelligent testing solutions now deployed across global Tier-1 and regulated enterprise clients.
Beyond her technical work, she is a passionate mentor and inclusive leader who develops early-career talent and champions women in technology through various initiatives like Stride — an internal leadership initiative at Atos.
