Franck Chartier is head of France. Franck holds an engineering degree in information systems from UTC in France. He has 30 years of experience in management and leadership within the IT and digital markets, having worked for several companies. He spent over 10 years in IT services firms such as Unilog (today CGI), managing large projects, and five years as CIO, including at Union sociale pour l’habitat, where he developed digital services for the social housing sector. Franck also held executive roles in the business process outsourcing (BPO) sector, overseeing IT outsourcing and helpdesk operations in multiple countries, notably at Stream Global Services (today Convergys). More recently, from 2018 to 2024, he chaired two software publishing companies within the Emeria Group, with a mission to design and deploy new ERP solutions for the real estate market in France and Europe.
