In the last six years, she has worked closely with UK Water utilities, a key component of CNI, where she helps deliver technology solutions that strengthen operational performance while protecting natural resources.

Emma provides expertise in designing and implementing IT strategies, ranging from modification to AI data centers, cloud migration and secure data architectures to real-time monitoring, AI-driven asset intelligence, and digital twins for predictive maintenance. With a strong focus on risk-aware digital transformation, she understands the importance of security, resilience, and operational continuity within essential infrastructure. Her work enables utilities to adapt, innovate, and build the digital foundations required for future ready, environmentally responsible operations.
