Andy is a partner in Atos’s Health and Life Sciences practice, where he leads the consulting team across digital strategy, blueprinting, automation and operating model design.

With over 15 years of experience managing large-scale transformation programs — from strategy through to implementation and optimization — Andy brings a deep understanding of the challenges facing NHS organizations navigating digital change. His work spans national programs including the New Hospital Programme and digital blueprinting, as well as trust-level digital strategies, shared care records programs, and automation at scale.

Andy combines strategic rigor with practical delivery expertise and is passionate about creating strategies that translate ambition into measurable impact for patients and staff.
