Alicja was previously heading IT Service Management System for Central Europe at Atos, focusing on ISO 20000 compliance topics in Central Europe and ensuring ITSM processes align with business needs and best practices. Alicja is a seasoned professional with 20+ years of experience with education, non-governmental organizations, consumer goods, trade and IT.
Over the course of her career, Alicja has held diverse roles in security and audit governance, quality and compliance assurance, education and leadership. Her academic journey includes a practice funded by Robert-Bosch-Stiftung in Germany. She is also the Domain Leader for the Transparent Security Technology Chapter in the Future Makers Research Community.
