Internal First Program
We strive to fill as many of our open vacancies with existing Atos employees as possible. In 2015 we launched the Internal First program which helps us fill 60% of our vacancies by internal candidates.
We have created a vibrant internal marketplace for talents representing different cultures and diverse set of backgrounds. Our “Hands Up” program connects our employees with new opportunities within the company. By widely promoting our open positions internally and encouraging our employees and managers to be open minded, we help our people to develop their career within Atos.
