Our Program

Welcome to the 2025 DE&I Summit, where we’re powering forward at a crossroads for diversity, equity, and inclusion. This year’s theme reflects the critical challenges and opportunities we face in building more inclusive workplaces and societies.

The Challenge

Today, we navigate a world transformed by political shifts, economic pressures, and evolving leadership priorities. Against this backdrop, DE&I efforts often face setbacks. Rising anti-woke sentiment and widespread fatigue risk undermining our progress. Yet, this moment is an opportunity for action and renewal.

Our Commitment

At this summit, we focus on two core sub-themes. First, ‘Tackling the Challenges Together’—by addressing legislative and economic barriers, leadership challenges, and misconceptions around inclusion. Second, ‘Inclusion & Belonging, Whatever the Weather’—ensuring every individual feels valued, fostering empathy, and reinforcing our commitment to supportive, inclusive workplaces.

Call to Action

Together, we can drive meaningful change—creating environments where everyone feels empowered to contribute their best. Join us in this crucial conversation and let’s make a difference together.
