Atos Agentic AI Week
Discover the vision and real-world initiatives empowering organizations to lead the next era of AI-powered services
AI is no longer an experiment – it drives transformation. Industrialized AI delivers measurable outcomes at scale, where performance, reliability and impact truly matter. The future of digital services is increasingly shaped by Service‑as‑Software (SaS). At Atos, we are reshaping how services are designed, delivered and continuously improved by embedding AI into the core of operations.
Agentic AI Week explores this major shift. From April 20–24, we will host a series of one-hour open sessions, starting at 3:00 p.m. CET, live on LinkedIn, inviting clients, partners, and ecosystem stakeholders to discover Atos’s AI strategy and real-world AI initiatives.

Agenda
Session 1
Date: April 20
Time: 3:00 p.m. CET
Presenter:
Florin Rotar
Chief technology officer, Atos Group
Atos AI Manifesto. A pragmatic look at agentic AI
The Atos Agentic AI Manifesto is our pragmatic guide for Agentic AI in mission-critical environments, especially where digital sovereignty is of essence.
In this session, Florin Rotar, chief technology officer of Atos Group, will cover our disciplined blueprint with Atos’ Sovereign Agentic Studio. We’ll cover:
- The control plane for governance and trust at scale;
- Sovereignty by design: where and how to assert control (data, models, orchestration, runtime),
- AgentOps & FinOps from day one: unit economics, spend throttling, and value tracking tied to business KPIs to prevent sprawl and cost surprises
- Data readiness as a precondition: curated, governed and trusted data to avoid autonomy amplifying bad inputs
Join this session if your organization is using agentic AI at scale and you or your team is accountable for outcomes and risk. This session will provide a pragmatic path to scale autonomy on your terms, with value, security, sovereignty and cost under control.
Session 2
Date: April 21
Time: 3:00 p.m. CET
Presenters:
Felix Haeser
Chief customer officer, KYP.ai
Pete Evans
Head of AI transformation, Atos
See the work, scale the impact. The Atos “Client Zero” Agentic AI Journey with Scaler partner KYP.ai
Understanding where agentic AI can deliver the most value starts with visibility into how work actually happens.
In this session, Pete Evans, head of AI transformation at Atos, and Felix Haeser, chief customer officer at KYP.ai, will share how process intelligence can identify high-value opportunities for automation, giving leaders the clarity to rethink digital roles and prepare for more autonomous operating models.
You’ll see how these insights support the early stages of the agentic lifecycle—from assessing process performance to identifying areas where agents can deliver meaningful impact. This foundation feeds directly into Atos Sovereign Agentic Studios, our enterprise-grade model for designing, deploying and governing trustworthy, sovereign-ready agents in real environments.
The session offers a practical view of how process intelligence, ecosystem collaboration and responsible agent design come together to accelerate AI adoption within and beyond Atos.
Session 3
Date: April 22
Time: 3:00 p.m. CET
Presenter:
Jennifer Ferrara
Global head of agentic AI transformation, Atos
Driving measurable value with agentic AI: inside Atos Sovereign Agentic Studios
Atos has recently launched its Sovereign Agentic Studios — a structured, production‑grade model to design, embed, and run AI agents inside live business operations, safely, measurably, and at scale.
Building on this launch, Jennifer Ferrara, global head of agentic AI transformation, will explore how to turn agentic AI excitement into measurable outcomes. This session introduces the Atos Sovereign Agentic Studio approach — a contractable, production‑grade model providing a clear path from diagnostic to pilot to run & scale, designed to deliver clear KPIs across speed, cost, quality and risk, while reducing pilot fatigue.
The session also addresses a critical but often overlooked dimension: workforce transformation, including how roles and career paths evolve as autonomy increases, with clear decision rights, escalation thresholds and human accountability.
Session 4
Date: April 24
Time: 3:00 p.m. CET
Presenters:
Christopher McClean
Global head of AI governance and responsible AI, Atos
Yann Dietrich
Group head of AI, data and IP – legal, Atos
Yuval Temam
PhD researcher in AI ethics, Radboud University, Nijmegen Netherlands, who is collaborating with Atos on responsible autonomy research
In an agentic world, when AI acts – who’s responsible? Responsible AI in action.
What happens when AI moves from responding to deciding? In this fireside chat, Yann Dietrich, Christopher McClean and Yuval Temam explore the ethical, practical and legal challenges of autonomous AI.
Drawing on real-world cases like autonomous agents Clawbot/OpenClaw and Moltbook, they will examine issues around delegation, transparency, consent, causality and intellectual property. The discussion will also look ahead to the next phase of AI and how regulations, such as the EU AI Act, are adapting (or struggling) to keep up.
This unique dialogue brings together Atos practitioners working hands‑on with agentic systems and an academic researcher deeply embedded in AI ethics, offering an open, thought‑provoking session for both Atos colleagues and the broader AI community interested in responsible autonomy.
