Client Challenge
Based in Toronto, Canada, Kinectrics offers integrated life cycle management services, including testing, inspection, certification, and engineering consulting for global electric power generation, transmission, and distribution. Their focus is ensuring the smooth execution of electric power construction and refurbishment projects.
The Kinectrics team had initially introduced Microsoft Dynamics as their CRM and sales platform, but staff adoption was limited. This presented an opportunity to explore new ways to enhance efficiency and maximize the value of their digital tools.
Solution
Kinectrics partnered with Atos to facilitate their Salesforce transformation and Atos stepped up with deep domain expertise and a consultative approach to solutioning. Atos structured the solution into three phases:
Phase 1 – Salesforce Sales Cloud Implementation
Data was migrated from Microsoft Dynamics, while Salesforce was configured to meet the specific requirements of Kinectrics, including an opportunity approval process to ensure compliance with internal standards.
Phase 2 – Pardot Integration
The Pardot platform enhanced marketing outreach, incorporating web forms to capture inbound inquiries and linking leads from LinkedIn through Zapier.
Phase 3 – Einstein Analytics
Atos deployed Einstein Analytics, creating complex datasets and an interactive forecasting dashboard to support data-driven decision-making.
