Atos strengthens BNN management team with the appointment of Anu Lair de la Motte as Head of Atos in the Nordics
Copenhagen – April 30, 2026 – Atos today announces the appointment of Anu Lair de la Motte as the new Head of Atos in the Nordics, effective May 1, 2026, and she will be part of the Belux, Netherlands and Nordics (BNN) management team.
Anu is appointed to lead Atos across the Nordic region with offices in Denmark and Sweden. The Nordics represent a critical growth region for Atos, closely connected to the broader BNN geo structure. Anu’s leadership will focus on aligning the Nordic strategy with the Group’s global priorities, fostering strong customer partnerships, and driving integrated service offerings across cloud, cyber security, agentic AI, and sovereign services.
Anu brings strong international leadership experience and a proven record in driving transformation and customer engagement. She has held several senior roles at Atos, including Group Head of Genesis Transformation, Secretary to the Group Executive Committee, Chief of Staff to the Group Chairman and CEO, and Client Executive Partner. Her appointment reinforces Atos’ ambition to accelerate growth in the Nordics and strengthen its position as a high‑value technology partner.

About Anu Lair de la Motte
As a Finnish national, Anu has built an international career at the intersection of transformation, strategy, and client leadership. She brings strong experience with roles at Atos, Infosys BPO, and Sopra Steria in France. Anu holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration and a CEMS Master’s in International Management from Aalto University School of Economics. She has also completed executive education programs at INSEAD, HEC Paris, and École Polytechnique.
