"Share Buyback Program"

Within the frame of the share buyback program planned for 2014 as announced at the Analyst Day on November 15, 2013, Atos SE hereby announces the implementation from June 26, 2014 of a share purchase mandate entered into effect with an independent financial services provider, aimed at purchasing shares of Atos SE at a maximum price per share of €65, up to July 28, 2014 and within a limit of €50 million. These shares will be delivered to beneficiaries of performance share awards.
