Atos strengthens Belux management team with the appointment of Nicolas Courtin as Head of Atos Luxembourg
Luxembourg & Brussels – March 4th, 2025 – Atos today announces the appointment of Nicolas Courtin as Head of Atos Luxembourg further strengthening its management team in the Belux.
Nicolas brings over 25 years of leadership experience in international IT consultancy, specializing in business expansion, strategic growth, and large-scale transformation projects. He has successfully founded companies in Luxembourg and strengthened operations across the Benelux region, with a strong focus on the public sector, collaborating with European Institutions, UN agencies, and national governments.
Skilled in structuring effective organizations and managing nearshore and offshore delivery models, Nicolas has built strategic partnerships with leading consultancy and technology firms. He is passionate about business transformation, and actively guides his team through change and innovation, ensuring operational excellence and sustainable growth.

About Nicolas Courtin
Born in Belgium and raised in Brussels, Nicolas began his career in 1997 at Tractebel Engineering as an Account Manager for European Institutions, later establishing the company’s Luxembourg branch in 2001. In 2007, he founded Eurosoft Consulting in Luxembourg, successfully navigating it through the financial crisis before selling it to Cronos Group in 2011.
He then spent six years at Deloitte Consulting, leading large-scale transformation projects for EU bodies by integrating high-level strategy with end-to-end IT consultancy.
With deep industry expertise and a strong track record in business expansion, Nicolas is well-positioned to lead Atos Luxembourg into its next phase of growth and success.
