Atos in the U.S. earns Great Place to Work certification

Employees spotlight remote work, people engagement and culture as key workplace distinctions at Atos in the U.S.

Irving, Texas – March 2, 2023Atos today announces it has earned certification as a 2023 Great Place to Work® in the United States based on local employees’ testaments noting remote work opportunities, engaged teams and company culture.

In the United States, Atos has implemented various employee programs dedicated to communication, connection and community. Atos’ creative virtual spaces bring employees together under shared similar interests, like ‘The Kitchen’ space for foodies and recipe sharing, or ‘The Nexxus’ for those who are learning a new language. In addition, an improved accolade award program is implemented this year as a recognition initiative that enables all employees to nominate their teams or colleagues for exceptional performance, celebrating their contributions.

I have the utmost appreciation for our U.S. employees who helped us achieve the Great Place to Work certification in the region. The honest employee feedback, meaningful engagement programs, and the hard work ethic to be the change makers while upholding the company values, are all key,” said Frank Castora, Chief Executive Officer, Atos Americas. “Atos will continue to value all input that transforms our business into a more cohesive, safe and innovative workplace for employees and clients alike.”

Truly a remarkable moment for all of us. Atos certified as a Great Place To Work simply reminds us how we stay ahead of the curve in prioritizing the people agenda. In this accomplishment we share appreciation across the board, including to all our leaders, people managers, GPTW ambassadors, and human resource teams for their collective efforts that brought home this globally acclaimed recognition,” said Arun Antony, Chief Human Resources Officer, Atos Americas.

As a digital leader, Atos strives to foster a strong employee value proposition to propel improved ways of working, wellbeing, create more room for social values, and to improve client experiences.

Great Place to Work Certification™ isn’t something that comes easily – it takes ongoing dedication to the employee experience,” said Sarah Lewis-Kulin, Vice President of Global Recognition at Great Place to Work. “It’s the only official recognition determined by employees’ real-time reports of their company culture. Earning this designation means that Atos is one of the best companies to work for in the country.”

Great Place to Work® Certification™ is the most definitive “employer-of-choice” recognition that companies aspire to achieve. It is the only recognition based entirely on what employees report about their workplace experience, and specifically, how consistently they experience a high-trust workplace. Great Place to Work certification is recognized worldwide by employees and employers, and is the global benchmark for identifying and recognizing outstanding employee experience.
