Atos in Canada earns Great Place to Work® certification and professional development recognition

Montreal, Quebec – August 1, 2022 – Atos in Canada today announces it has been certified as a 2022-2023 Great Place to Work® (GPTW) and recognized on the 2022-2023 list of Best Workplaces for Professional Development. This certification is based on direct feedback from employees, provided as part of an extensive and anonymous survey about Atos’ workplace experience.

As a digital services leader, Atos fosters professional development that engages employees’ minds, inspires their creativity, and develops careers. Atos in Canada promotes work-life balance to all employees, which includes offering 100 percent remote or hybrid work to those who are eligible, flexible vacation policy, and competitive registered retirement savings plans to help employees prepare and plan for the future.

In addition to Atos in Canada’s GPTW certification, Atos’ acquired companies AppCentrica, In Fidem and Processia each earned a 2022-2023 certification as a result of their employee programs and initiatives to build culture and deliver business results. Their recognitions add value to the accomplishment of Atos’ workplace environment and professional development standings, and together, help to better serve Canadian clients.

Collectively and individually, our employees are making a difference every day in the lives of our customers and their businesses. It is Atos’ ambition to support their professional development journeys with the same amount of dedication and commitment. We are grateful for this testament from our employees to certify Atos in Canada as a Great Place to Work, fostering a culture of wellness for all talent,” said Valerie Travain Milone, Chief Executive Officer, Atos Canada.

The organizations recognized on the Professional Development list have met the necessary criteria, with a minimum score of 80 percent on the Professional Development Index, and a relative level of complexity based on the number of employees. Professional development is also demonstrated in the data as being a priority for their organization.

A great workplace is about the level of trust that employees experience in their leaders, the level of pride they have in their jobs, and the extent to which they enjoy their colleagues. Our data shows that great workplaces benefit from stronger financial performance, reduced turnover, and better customer satisfaction than their peers. What’s more, work environments with trust at the foundation are ripe for innovation, agility, resilience and efficiency,” said Nancy Fonseca, Senior Vice President of Great Place to Work® Canada.

Great Place to Work is the global authority on high-trust, high-performance workplace cultures. Through proprietary assessment tools, advisory services, and certification programs, GPTW recognizes the world’s Best Workplaces in a series of national lists including those published by The Globe & Mail (Canada) and Fortune magazine (USA). Great Place to Work provides the benchmarks, framework, and expertise needed to create, sustain, and recognize outstanding workplace cultures.
