Atos Expert

Cécile Kavalsès is the Group’s general secretary and general counsel, as well as the secretary of the board of directors. After joining Atos in 2006, she was appointed general counsel in charge of the corporate affairs department in 2009. She then held various positions as general counsel in different regions of the Group, notably India, the Middle East and Africa, and Benelux and the Nordics, before returning to France to oversee Southern Europe. In 2023, she became the secretary of the board of directors, followed by her appointment as Group general secretary in 2024 and Group general counsel in 2025. Alongside her corporate responsibilities, she has taught corporate law at Paris-Dauphine University for 12 years, and for two years, specialized in the Organization for the harmonization of business law in Africa (OHADA) at the BGFI Business School in Gabon. She holds a Certificate of Aptitude for the Bar (CAPA) and an LL.M. in Business Law from Paris XI University, in partnership with HEC in France.
