Atos Belux Achieves Significant Improvement in Client Satisfaction in ‘2025 BeLux IT Sourcing Study’ by Whitelane Research

Belgium & Luxembourg – February 27, 2025 – Atos, a global leader in digital transformation, is proud to announce a remarkable increase in client satisfaction in Belux as reflected in the recently released ‘2025 BeLux IT Sourcing Study‘ conducted by Whitelane Research. The study showcases Atos‘ strong performance across various service categories, indicating a positive trajectory in the company’s service delivery and client relationships.

 

Key highlights from the ‘2025 BeLux IT Sourcing Study‘:

  • General satisfaction score:

Atos has achieved an impressive general satisfaction score of 79%, marking a significant increase of 5% compared to the previous year. This positions Atos as a strong performer in the IT service sector.

  • Exceptional performance in key services:
    • Application services: improved by 4%, making Atos one of the strong performers.
    • Cloud & infrastructure services: exceptional performance with an increase of 11%, ranking Atos as the #2 provider in this category.
    • Security services: notable improvement with a remarkable increase of 15%.
  • Client feedback:

Feedback from larger clients (contracts exceeding €5M per year) highlights a satisfaction score of 82%, showcasing Atos’ commitment to delivering high-quality services to its key accounts.

  • Account management excellence:

All key performance indicators have shown improvement, with a considerable enhancement in account management, which increased by 11%.
