“Atos Origin’s Ordinary & Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting”

Atos Origin’s Ordinary & Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting was held today. The meeting was chaired by Thierry Breton, Chairman and CEO of Atos Origin. During the meeting, Thierry Breton presented the 2009 highlights and the Group’s future directions.

The resolutions submitted by the Board of Directors have been approved. The Shareholders’ Meeting has ratified the appointment of Mr Lionel Zinsou-Derlin and has appointed Mrs Aminata Niane as members of the Board of Directors. The Shareholders’ Meeting has also ratified the appointment of Mrs Colette Neuville as censor of the Board of Directors.
