Atos Decarbonisation Gala Dinner in support of The Prince's Trust

After a year of suspension due to a pandemic, the 2021 Atos Million Makers team hosted its annual Atos Million Makers Gala Dinner at the Royal Horticultural Halls in London on Monday 6 December 2021, raising funds for The Prince’s Trust.

This was the first Decarbonisation Gala Dinner of this kind, highlighting the critical link between supporting future generations and environmental innovation.

Team Elevate

This year’s Atos Million Makers team, Team Elevate, is Atos’ 11th team to compete in the Million Makers competition, with the aim of breaking the collective milestone of two million pounds being raised by Atos’ Million Makers teams. As a group of people, Team Elevate is composed of nine individuals who are early within their career at Atos. They are committed to raising money for The Prince’s Trust by delivering exciting and innovative events and held some incredible fundraising events across the UK despite the challenges that the year brought to all.

About Million Makers

Million Makers is an award winning, entrepreneurial fundraising challenge which sees teams of employees, from organisations across the UK, developing their business skills by turning an initial seed funding investment into as much money as possible for The Prince’s Trust. The challenge collectively raises over £1million every year to change the lives of unemployed young people across the UK.

Clay Van Doren, CEO Atos Northern Europe and UK&I, commented:

“Atos has placed decarbonisation at the heart of everything we do. As a global leader, we believe in our duty to design better, safer digital services that are good for people and the planet, that is why we have set our new Net Zero target for 2028 (22 years ahead of the Paris Agreement’s target of 2050). I am proud to host this first ever Decarbonised Gala Dinner in support of The Prince’s Trust and to continue to demonstrate our commitment to delivering decarbonised solutions and to living more sustainably.

About the event
