Our Application Management services use principles and approaches based on Agile, DevOps and ITIL.

Application Management touches on many IT disciplines including (but not limited to) Support, Development and Testing. Your key responsibilities would include:

• Incident and Problem management relating to our clients’ applications
• Changes and enhancements
• Participation in major development projects
• Database support and development.

Successful applicants will have experience of 2^nd and 3^rd line support of business applications and development with an understanding of Agile and/or DevOps.
