Wat is Zero trust?

 

“Zero Trust biedt een verzameling concepten en ideeën die zijn ontworpen om onzekerheid te minimaliseren bij het afdwingen van nauwkeurige toegangsbeslissingen met de minste bevoegdheden per verzoek in informatiesystemen en -diensten in het licht van een netwerk dat als gecompromitteerd wordt beschouwd”. Zero Trust is in het begin bedacht als reactie op de snelle opkomst van mobiele en externe medewerkers, de Bring Your Own Devices (BYOD), de schaduw-IT en de snelle opkomst van cloudservices.

De moderne innovatie van bedrijven ondergaat nog steeds een diepgaande digitale transformatie. Als bij gevolg gaan bedrijfsnetwerken, infrastructuren, applicaties en data sneller verder dan traditionele on-premise profielen (bijv. Naar de cloud, Edge, mobiele apparaten, waardeketenpartners, enz.).
