Bayer Persona Analysis

Bayer performed an extensive Employee Experience Journey analysis in 2018. Which was used to define Workplace 2020 framework. In 2022-2023, Atos did a refresh study to check changes in the employee journey, especially regarding moments that matter. The results have been presented and discussed in March 2023, not leading to specific follow-up actions.
