Leon is SVP DWP at Atos, responsible for driving the growth and innovation of the DWP business across all regions and sectors reporting to the Group CEO.

Leon has nearly 30 years of experience in the DWP industry. He re-joined Atos on January 30, 2023, after serving as the SVP and General Manager of Digital Workplace Solutions at Unisys. Before joining Atos the first time, Leon served as the Senior Vice President of DWP for Marsh & McLennan Companie where he oversaw the DWP strategy, budget, and operations for over 60,000 employees in more than 100 countries. He also led the implementation of several large-scale DWP projects, such as the migration to Office 365, the deployment of a global service desk, and the adoption of a BYOD policy.

Leon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in information technology from Manchester Metropolitan University in the UK. He is also a certified ITIL expert, a Prince2 practitioner.

Sangita is the account CEP responsible for the global engagement with Bayer and member of the Central Europe Leadership Team.

Sangita has 30+ years of experience in client centric positions in Outsourcing Services, Systems Integration and Business Consulting, across multiple industry verticals including Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics, Energy & Utilities and Financial Services.​

Sangita was the Head of Sales for Resources & Services in Northern Europe followed by SVP & Head of Financial Services for Eviden Northern Europe. ​Before Atos, Sangita held client partner roles at Indian IT companies appreciating the power of mass talent and merits of best shoring.​

Sangita holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from University College London, is passionate about scriptures on Hinduism and has been a key note speaker on SMAC, Women in Workplace and the Power of Diversity.​

Nils is the Global Sales Executive responsible for new business with Bayer. He has 4 years of experience in account management for the global Bayer account and over 10 years account management for industrial customer in different industries.​

Before Atos, Nils worked globally for Siemens for 15 years and was responsible for global accounts in different industries​

Nils holds a “Diplom-Ingenieur” degree in Electrotechnics and Communication engineering and has an interest in football, volleyball and climbing​.

Mark leads our bidding process, project managing our people, plan and deliverables for large RFPs, helping to ensure that Atos proposition to Bayer is compelling in its relevance, innovation and cost effectiveness. ​

Mark has nearly 30 years’ experience in delivering IT across a broad range of commercial and corporate sectors, including Aerospace and Technology, Manufacturing, Telecoms, Retail and Hospitality, Professional Services, Transportation and Utilities. ​

Mark has now led bidding processes for more than ten years and secured more than €1bn in business wins, in parallel as receiving several professional awards. Before moving into bids, Mark worked in global client account management for more than 15 years. Mark uses that operational experience to ensure that we offer world class propositions from the outset. ​​

Within Atos’ Global Infrastructure and Data Management Division as account GCDE and end-responsible for all operational and project delivery with Bayer. ​

Alan has 30+ years of experience in ICT Outsourcing Services, Infrastructure Engineer/Architect, Solution Design Architect, Service Management, Account management and Regional Head of Operations. ​

Alan worked globally for Atos for 20+ years and has worked with a wide variety of key customers for Atos including the BBC (UK), National Savings and Investments (UK) McGrawHill (USA), Shell (NL), European Space Agency (FR), Primetals (AT), BASF (Germany, Brazil, Singapore, US), Siemens (Global), Plus Regional Head of Operations for Central Eastern Europe and Southern Europe. ​

Academic background and interest in the Astronomy, Biology and Physics. ​

Melanie is the CFO for the global services with Bayer and has been a member of the Account Team for 6 years.​

An experienced Financial Lead with a strong analytical mind, Melanie is an expert on designing, creating and streamlining financial processes that can operate successfully in complex environments. A firm believer in teamwork, continuous improvement and disciplined financial management.​

Melanie holds a Business Economist Degree from Verwaltungs- und Wirtschaftsakademie München and is part of the Atos family for 23 years. ​

Erwin is Distinguished Expert and Scientific Community member and has worked 18 years in Atos in various roles, heading Workplace Services in Netherlands, setting up Customer Landscape Management, Chief Architect for multiple co-innovations with Siemens in Industrial Data Analytics, end-to-end IoT business platform developments in Fiber Industry, Marine and Pharma, Intelligent Supply Chain and AI at the Edge.
Erwin brings knowledge of and experience in data & analytics, data science, business consulting, business development, delivery and architecture, in combination with leadership skills and team building quality.​

Erwin is the Architecture Director platforms for Health Care & Life Sciences and the current Atos Global CTO for Bayer.​

Kirsty has worked in Atos for 17 years across many Global customers including BBC, MediaCorp, SIEMENS, Deutsche Bank, ENEL, BASF, Xerox and Roche Diabetes Care.​

She started her career in Marketing and Communications before moving into Project Management and Service Delivery. ​

Kirsty has a passion for driving Business Change and Continual Improvement in an organization with a global footprint touching on the complexities of Offshoring, Communications, Service Management, Business Change. ​

Kirsty holds a Bachelor of Arts from Flinders University, Bachelor of Commerce from Adelaide University and Post graduate in International Business from Kansai Kokusai University, Japan. ​

Volker is an attorney-at-law admitted to the Frankfurt Bar and holds a Masters degree in European and international business law from Frankfurt law school. ​

Volker has previously been the global Contract Manager team lead for Capgemini and Accenture for a variety of accounts including the Chemical industry, Health & Public Services. His experience also includes post-merger CM integration and leading the global team for debt collections in Germany. He is also a certified Data protection Officer & Auditor. ​

Volker is the proud father of three and in his scarce spare time likes to ski, hike, swim and read. He also practices and teaches karate. Pro bono: judge at the arbitration court of the German Karate Federation.

Michael has worked as Atos Global SDM for Bayer for the last 11 years and additionally over 12 years’ experience within Bayer IT as a whole.

Michael is responsible for ensuring the contractual services and the agreed service levels.  He oversees the Financials, Governance, Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) and Business Development for the existing service obligations. His expertise covers the full range of Digital Workplace including Service Desk and Onsite Support. Currently he leads the global Functional PC Services for Bayer.

Michael has been at Atos since 2012.

Piers Harrison is the Engagement Director for the Bayer Account. Responsible for ensuring the quality and value of our strategic proposals, and that they support both Bayer’s and Atos’ business cases. He joined Atos in 2014, running Atos’ Global Service Integration (SIAM) Practice, before joining the Engagement Directors team in 2019.

Piers has 25 years’ international experience in the IT industry, with an extensive operational and commercial background in managed services.  With particular expertise in outsourcing and supply chain but never shy of learning, Piers enjoys the diversity of experience and opportunity involved with engaging clients across industries and geographies.

Piers is based in the UK, is an avid F1 fan, cook, amateur investor, and collector of street art.

Ovidiu Anbrus is the Head of Cybersecurity and Compliance for the Bayer Account. He has 7 years of experience in Cybersecurity as a Client Security Manager for Atos and several other, different companies, including ISS, ACCA and Siemens.

Ovidiu has built an extensive experience as a Cybersecurity Architect, working on a range of solutions.

Ovidiu also has more than 10 years of experience in sales and customer communication.

Peter is the Global SDM for Workplace Services for the Bayer account. He has end to end responsibility for Workplace devices during they full life cycle from provisioning till retirement. His role expects high resilience, out of the box thinking, Leadership and Ownership. He puts high focus on critical values like Transparency and Responsibility and Innovation.

Peter’s technical and management skills extend beyond IT Service Management, ITIL v3, Delivery and Transition Management, Project Management, Service Desk Management, Risk management, Advanced MS Office and WorkspaceOne.

Before joining Atos, Peter worked for IBM.

Within Atos DWP as account Deputy COO and responsible for the Americas end-responsible operational delivery with Bayer.

30 years experience in IT Outsourcing and has held various roles across Delivery, Line / P&L management and Operations.
Within Atos 20+ years and has held many senior management roles on many global accounts including Mercedes Benz (USA), BASF (Germany, Brazil, Singapore, US), Hoffman La Roche (USA), Benjamin Moore (USA), Head of DWP (USA)
Prior to Atos worked on projects at AXA Equitable (USA), Quest Diagnostics (USA) & Philip Morris/Kraft (USA), in different roles

Americo holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and has interests in home improvement projects and coaching youth sports.

Melanie is the Account CFO for the global contract with Bayer. She has been part of the Bayer Account Team for six years and has been part of the wider Atos family for 23 years. 

In April 2008, Melanie started working at Atos in several roles, including Service Desk Analyst, Order Desk Member and Accounting support.

In December 2012, Melanie became a Contract Administrator. This role encompassed responsibility for customer invoicing, month end closing, ad-hoc analysis and bigger project calculations, and has provided knowledge of accounts payables as well as controlling. Responsibility has included coverage for a number of customers including E-Plus, Telefonica and Healthcare.

For the last 2.5 years, Melanie has been working in the Bayer global account as Contract Administrator / WPS Commercial Manager and has been responsible for global pre-invoice process, customer communications in invoicing cases, month end closing, financial analyses and bigger project calculations. She now takes over from Melanie Hahn and will continue as the Account CFO with all the attendant responsibilities.
