Application-aware IT service management
Digital performance management is imperative for detecting and diagnosing performance issues
across the integrated ecosystems of applications which support end-to-end business processes.
To do this efficiently and effectively, performance monitoring needs
to be integrated with the IT service management (ITSM) system.

and ServiceNow, providing our clients with what we call application-
aware ITSM. This enables you to move from historical and reactive SLA
monitoring to real-time and proactive user experience management.
