In digital business, application performance equals business performance.
Yet, despite the plethora of application and infrastructure monitoring tools,
most businesses cannot analyze the performance of digital processes end
to end, or translate conventional IT SLAs into actual business language.
Without full-stack or business-centric observability they can’t, for example,
tell the business how much their current high MTTI is impacting sales
revenue. Reducing the number and length of production outages drives
top line business improvement.
