Schiphol: Smart, Seamless & Sustainable

Schiphol hanteert wat Dick Benschop noemt “een ‘deur-tot-deur’ filosofie” bij het optimaliseren van de reisbeleving voor de passagier. Het centraal stellen van de reizigers – in 2018 waren dat er 71,1 miljoen – gebeurt aan de hand van drie begrippen: ‘Smart’, ‘Seamless’ en ‘Sustainable’. Deze vormen ook de ruggengraat van de afdeling Digital & Innovation dat met de inzet van Artificial Intelligence (AI) en real-time datamanagement de reizigerservaring wil verrijken én de efficiency van het gehele luchthavenproces wil vergroten.
