Nederlandse AI Coalitie wint aan invloed door samenwerking

Kees van der Klauw is sinds oktober 2019 actief als strateeg en coalitiemanager voor de Nederlandse AI Coalitie (NL AIC). Na een studie elektrotechniek aan Technische Universiteit Delft, waar hij in 1987 promoveerde, maakte Van der Klauw carrière bij Philips. In 2015 was hij betrokken bij de oprichting van The Alliance for Internet of Things Innovation AIOTI.

Tegelijk met de aankondiging van het Strategisch Actieplan voor AI (SAPAI) op 8 oktober 2019 door de demissionair staatssecretaris van Economische Zaken en Klimaat Mona Keijzer, werd ook de Nederlandse AI Coalitie (NL AIC) een feit. Ruim een jaar later hebben ruim 400 organisaties, instellingen en bedrijven zich bij de coalitie aangesloten. “Afgezien van de omvang en het commitment, denk ik dat we ook enorm aan invloed hebben gewonnen. En, we zijn zelfs al aan een aantal projecten begonnen”, vertelt Kees van der Klauw. “Je ziet dat het samenbrengen van competenties onmiddellijk leidt tot een versnelling van kennis en toepassingen, maar ook het gesprek op gang brengt over randvoorwaarden als normen, ethiek en waarden.”

Nederlandse AI Coalitie wint aan invloed
