Purpose of the processing

The meeting will be held on September 27, 2024. Shareholders and non-shareholders will be able to participate via a live webcast made available by Atos allowing them to identify themselves. The replay of the meeting will be kept for online viewing for a period of two years from the date of its publication, or for any longer period that may be required by applicable legal provisions.

Atos is processing your personal data for the purpose of:

  • Logging to the platform;
  • Identifying the name, the first name, the email address as well as the quality (shareholder or non-shareholder) of the people connecting to the Meeting or to its replay (the “webcast”)
  • Realization of webcast connection statistics.

Atos has the legitimate interest to process your personal data as it is needed to allow the identification of the data subject to access to the webcast as well as perform connection statistics for performance and troubleshooting.

In connection with the mentioned purposes, Atos processes the following categories of data about you:

  • Identity data (title, surname, first name, email address, language, position and status as shareholder or not)

Recipients or categories of recipients

Your personal data will be transferred to and processed by Atos’ Investor Relations Department as well as our external partner responsible for organizing this event, American Express.

Cross-border transfer

There is no international transfer of personal data.

Storage limitation (retention time)

Your information is securely stored. We keep your data for two years from the date on which the meeting is placed online, or for any longer period that may be required by applicable legal provisions regarding the duration of consultation of the meeting recording.

  • Your right to rectification– You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
