Welcome to our new microsite!

The aim of the site is to inform you, the MPS, of our wider Atos capabilities to spark your innovative thinking on the art of the possible . As your long-term partner, we will continue to work side by side to deliver digital transformation across your organisation.

Proactive Proposals:
The Met Police have an ambitious digital policing vision to keep London safe for everyone, which Atos is supporting through our applications management service for around 50 key Met applications e.g. CARM/CRIS/ANPR. Speed of execution is critical for the dynamic programmme. We have provided proposals across a range of commercial approaches within 5 days. Of the 39 proposals delivered in 2023, 16 of these have been initiated proactively by us. This has resulted in delivering key services ahead of time.

Innovation:
We hosted our most recent innovation event on 23rd February, showcasing data-led solutions of some of our Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) ‘Horizons’ programme partners. We explored 4 of the 9 priorities identified by the Commissioner to link innovative solutions to current data challenges.

Application Health:
We have completed the rollout of the Atos tool-suite, enabling us to monitor the application estate in real-time using tailored dashboards and ServiceNow integrated end-to-end ticketing via Atos Bridge.

Automation:
We have deployed our first Atos SyntBots Automation (RPA) use cases (with 6 more due to go live in the first quarter of the calendar year) which have the potential to start to deliver the benefits we expected from April 2022.

Additionally, we have a healthy pipeline of over 30 automations in our backlog for investigation and implementation in the following months and discussions on building a robotics Centre of Excellence are underway.
