Texas DIR DBITS Contract Overview

The Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) provides cost effective IT products and solutions to all levels of government. Services can be purchased via the Shared Technology Services program or by purchasing directly from vendors through DIR’s Cooperative Contracts, such as Deliverables Based IT Services (DBITS) contracts.

No hardware or software products may be sold through a DBITS contract. Resellers are not available for this DBITS contract. This contract is for services ONLY.
