Onze CO2-voetafdruk
De CO2-voetafdruk van de directe en indirecte emmissies (scope 1, 2 en 3) bestaat uit een aantal belangrijke componenten waarvan de procentuele samenstelling jaarlijks geleidelijk verandert als gevolg van het toepassen van de CO2-reductieprogramma.
De koolstofemissie van de Atos in Nederland (scope 1, 2 en 3) t.o.v. referentie jaar 2019 met -37% gedaald. Ten opzichte van 2021 heeft Atos Nederland ruimschoots haar carbon reductiedoelstelling gehaald, namelijk een resultaat per scope:

Scope 2 – 51%
Scope 3 – 33%

Een speerpunt van Atos is het verlagen van de CO2-voetafdruk en het minimaliseren van de impact op het milieu. Naast dat alle locaties van Atos Nederland ISO14001 zijn gecertificeerd, De organisatie wil CO2 Prestatieladder certificering aantonen dat de CO2-emissies in de bedrijfsketen worden gereduceerd met het decarbonisatie-programma.

Atos in Nederland presenteert de vooruitgang in de GHG-emissie reductie in Scope 1, 2 en 3.
In de berekeningen is de zogenaamde “Spend-based method” gehanteerd. De geproduceerde emissies in scope 3 zijn geschat op basis van verzameling aan gegevens over de economische waarde van gekochte goederen en diensten, Deze waarden zijn vermenigvuldigd met relevante secundaire (bijv. sectorgemiddelde) emissiefactoren.
