David is an FSI AI Solutions Lead and Consultant for Customer 360 and AI/Personalization manager at DataSentics, an Eviden business. He has more than 12 years of experience in the financial services and insurance industry, with expertise in delivering digital transformation, digital marketing and AI projects. Additionally, he has led a data-driven transformation team in the areas of marketing and personalization for the biggest CEE retail bank.

David aims to bring the worlds of marketing and data together with cloud technologies such as Databricks. As the lead of an FS&I consulting and implementation team, he works to accelerate the digital transformation inside the complex FS&I companies across the European markets.
In the last 10 years, David has delivered use cases around Customer360 and marketing/data technologies across many FS&I customers in Europe. He is a frequent speaker at conferences about data and AI for personalization, and industry trends around privacy, cloudification and AI/ML.
