FIAT/IFTA – IASA Conference 2020

For the first time, the Fédération Internationale des Archives de Télévision/The International Federation of Television Archives (FIAT/IFTA) Executive Council and the International Association of Sound and Audiovisual Archives (IASA) Board have decided to join forces and organize a joint conference with an integrated program. Together with Raidió Teilifís Éireann (RTÉ, Ireland’s national broadcaster), a long-standing and active member of both organizations, they bring together the two leading associations in broadcast, media, sound and audiovisual archiving.

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic and the uncertainties it brings, the Organizing committee has made the decision to host a virtual conference instead of a physical meeting.

The conference programme, includes spoken papers, invited keynotes, expert-led discussion panels and training workshops. (online programme).
