Atos named a Times Top 50 Employer for Women 2020 for the second year

Atos, a global leader in digital transformation, has been ranked as a Times Top 50 Employer for Women 2020 in UK and Ireland for the second consecutive year.

The accolade highlights Atos’ actions in the primary areas of attraction and recruitment, retention and progression, culture and inclusion, monitoring and accountability.

Atos is taking further action to improve gender diversity, including:

  • End-end employee life cycle review with campaigns, updated advertising materials and diversified hiring panels alongside new gender friendly language within job descriptions;
  • Talent programmes supporting female leaders to advance, supporting and coaching alongside tailored mentoring and sponsorship programmes supported by senior leaders;
  • Promoting the Atos ethnic diversity action pledge for intersectionality – a commitment to enhance BAME female representation at senior levels
  • A recently extended, comprehensive family friendly policy scheme
