“Adaptation of Atos Organization”

Paris, 12 July 2013

Atos, an international information technology services company, is announcing the following adaptation in his organization:

  • The North & South West Europe activities are split between the Benelux and Central & Eastern Europe Group Business Units (GBUs). As a country group, the Nordic countries are now attached to the Benelux & The Nordics GBU. Central & Eastern Europe will incorporate Italy and Switzerland. Through this grouping of countries Atos will achieve a more coherent geographical footprint and better scale effect to serve our customers.
  • A Telco, Media & Utilities (TM&U) Global Market is created consolidating the former Telecoms, Media & Technology (TMT) and Energy & Utilities (E&U) Global Markets. TM&U will achieve critical mass and reach a comparable size to that of Atos other Global Markets. It will leverage all the potential synergies of the portfolio for CRM, billing systems, loyalty programs and other highly innovative offerings such as M2M for Smart Utility.
  • Atos Worldgrid will be managed and reported as a global business within the Systems Integration Service Line. The country heads of the Atos Worldgrid local entities (France, Italy, Spain, Germany and APAC) will report hardline, both to the Head of Global Atos Worldgrid, and to the local GBU Systems Integration head.
  • Financial Markets formerly in Atos Worldline is part of the France GBU.
