Backbase and Atos to enable financial firms worldwide new digital touch points and new ways for users to interact with them
Atos, an international information technology services company, and Backbase, the Customer Experience Portal specialist, today announced the signing of a global partnership agreement to enhance sales, service and delivery of both companies. Atos will globally resell and implement Backbase's Portal Software to multiple financial services customers.
Tier 1 joint win for Atos and Backbase in Middle East confirms the global partnership
Atos will become preferred partner for one of the largest Islamic banks in the world for their Engagement Banking 3.0 solution based on the Backbase Customer Experience Platform. The exact scope entails: “next generation multi/omni-channel banking platform implementation” and a “3 year contract for the Application Management”.
