“Marc Meyer appointed Executive Vice President for Talent Management and Communications at Atos Origin”

Atos Origin, an international IT services company, today announced the appointment of Marc Meyer as Global Head of Talent Management and Communications. Marc is a member of the Group Executive Committee and reports to Gilles Grapinet, Senior Executive Vice President for Global Functions.

Marc started his career in 1984 at the French Assemblée Nationale as a political advisor, before joining in 1986 Bull Group, an international IT firm, where he held several senior positions in corporate and marketing communications.
In 1997, he joined Thomson, a consumer electronic firm and in 2001 was promoted to the company Executive Committee. In 2002 he joined the France Telecom / Orange Group as Executive Vice President for Communications. In 2005 he was appointed Special Advisor for Media and Communications at the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry.
In 2007, Marc created his own management and communications consultancy firm, prior to joining Dexia in 2008, where he served as Head of Group Communications. Marc is a graduate from the Sorbonne University in Paris.
