“Atos Origin takes into account the AFEP MEDEF 2008 recommendations”

During its 23 December 2008 meeting, the Supervisory Board has taken notice of the recommendations issued by the AFEP and the MEDEF on 6 October 2008 concerning the compensation of executives who are corporate officers of publicly listed companies.

The Supervisory Board has considered that these recommendations are in line with the corporate governance principles of the Company.

As a consequence, pursuant to the 3 July 2008 law transposing the European Community regulation 2006/46/CE dated 14 June 2006, the AFEP and the MEDEF code modified by these recommendations is the one to which the company henceforth refers when drawing up the report called for in article L 225-37 of the French Commercial Code.
