“Atos Origin is helping the Paris Chamber of Commerce and Industry to redesign its Customer Relationship Management with the Selligent solution”

The Paris Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCIP) has chosen Atos Origin, a key player in information technology services, and Selligent, a provider of latest-generation CRM solutions, to redesign its Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This strategic project will support the CCIP's efforts to further improve its response to the needs of the companies and creators in its territory. The CCIP's aim is to develop the services offered to the 380,000 companies in the Paris, Hauts-de-Seine, Seine-Saint-Denis and Val-de-Marne départements.
The Paris Chamber of Commerce and Industry has embarked upon a project to transform its organisation and position the customer even more centrally at the heart of its processes. The objectives of this new approach are to improve service to its business customers, provide them with a more legible offering and implement regular follow-up of the actions undertaken. To create effective foundations, the CCIP has entrusted Atos Origin with the implementation of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system based on Selligent's CRM solution.
The mission entrusted to Atos Origin encompasses studying the CCIP's business processes in order to take advantage of opportunities for simplification, standardisation and cross-discipline aspects, while improving the sharing of customer knowledge with the introduction of shared practices and tools.
Atos Origin's services include:
- defining and managing the implementation of CRM governance
- formalising target CRM processes in advance and defining change management as well as monitoring its implementation
- implementing the application
- training of the 650 users, documentation and communication media
- maintaining the CRM solution
- transferring skills to the CCIP's teams on completion of developments.
The 650 users will use the Selligent X@ v7.5 application. The CCIP was attracted by the ease of use of this software, in addition to the publisher's ability to offer a solution covering the many functionalities required.
