Atos Origin showcases the new release 3.0 of ACTIS Integration Manager in Europe/ European tour for clients and prospective

Starting from May on, Atos Origin, a leading international IT services provider, will make stop in six European cities with its successful event "eDAYS". The slogan of this year is "GET your Kicks: ACTIS Integration Manager 3.0 live!". Atos Origin will showcase the novelties of the new release 3.0 to its clients and prospective. During this information event, Atos Origin will also demonstrate its com-petence in the SAP XI surrounding field, as well as successful client's projects.

The event addresses both prospective clients and clients, already using Atos Origin solu-tions. The participants receive a detailed overview of the newest product developments of the ACTIS Solutions for EDI, WebEDI, Marketplace-Integration, Enterprise Application Inte-gration (EAI) and Supply Chain Integration. These solution help enterprises integrate their business processes faster and reduce costs significantly.

The “eDAYS” will focus on the current version of the ACTIS Integration Manager 3.0. Live demos will give participants a good overview of the current release's new functionalities, with specific focus on the web-based ACTIS Desktop, the configuration and the Business Object modeler. A live demo of the Automotive Supplier Portal based on WebEDI technology will also be presented.

At this years´ eDAYS, SAP users will receive precise information on system integration with SAP XI and ACTIS. As a component of the technology platform SAP Netweaver, SAP Ex-change Infrastructure (XI) ensures the constant and smooth integration of the enterprise applications. Beside other SAP interfaces for RFC, ALE and Business Connector, certified so far, Atos Origin also offers an XI adapter, which integrates itself smoothly into the SAP Exchange Infrastructure. Clients' guest spokespeople, who already optimized their proc-esses with ACTIS solutions and reduced costs, will round the eDAYS. For example Klaus Link, Connectivity Section Leader at Goodyear/Dunlop (EMEA) will report on "Integration & application migration with Goodyear/Dunlop", and Frank Hirsch, in charge of the IT security of The Phone House, will report on successful projects with Atos Origin. "We will demon-strate to the participants precise practical examples : how enterprises can integrate their business processes today - fast and effectively and reduce cost at the same time", declares Frank Schmidt, Sales Manager ACTIS - Atos Origin.
