An Atos Origin Company dedicated to IT-related BPO*

Atos Origin has announced the formation of a dedicated IT-related Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) division, Atos Worldline. This will create a leading European provider of IT-related BPO, dedicated to services and solutions covering the whole process of payment and information flows.

Atos Worldline, which brings together all of Atos Origin's IT-related BPO activities and expertise in Europe, will provide its clients with a strong European technology solution with great processing capabilities. With annual revenues of around 400 million euros in 2003 and 2,500 employees in Austria, France, Germany and the United Kingdom, Atos Worldline's expertise covers :

  • Payment and Card Processing services,
  • Customer Relationship Management services,
  • Multi Channel Contact, including Internet and Voice services

To meet the changing needs of the business and the constant evolution of the market - European dimension, technology and regulations changes - Atos Worldline acts as a key player through its strong global processing capabilities and added value high tech solutions, supported by efficient Research and Development resources.
