“Acquisition of SchlumbergerSema : Shareholder approval”

Atos Origin, a leading international information technology services provider, today announced that its shareholders approved the acquisition of SchlumbergerSema from Schlumberger. The transaction is scheduled to complete by the end of next week. The acquisition will create one of the leading international IT services companies, with combined annual revenues in excess of EUR 5 billion.
