“Atos Origin implements the Autoclub Repsol Customer Service Centre”

The new automobile assistance company chooses the most advanced technology to provide top quality services

Atos Origin, a leading international information technology service provider has been selected by Autoclub Repsol, a new automobile assistance company, to implement its Customer Service Centre using the most advanced multichannel technology. This agreement demonstrates Atos Origin's experience in developing Multichannel Customer Centres and reinforces the relationship between Atos Origin and Autoclub Repsol's parent Company, Repsol YPF.

Thanks to Altitude Software's UCI2000 technology and Atos Origin's ELIDE Contact Management Application, Autoclub Repsol will integrate in its call centre both telephony and data CTI such as fax and e-mail channels. Autoclub Repsol's cutomers will thus be able to access services using the communication channel of their choice. Operators will then answer their requests immediately.

Autoclub Repsol Assistance Centre provides information and technical and legal consulting services for both individuals and groups, channelling all the calls for road assistance, transport to workshop, and payment management. The Group's objective is to integrate new services in the coming months. Due to the wide acceptance that Autoclub Repsol has received and the growing number of subscribers, its Customer Service Centre is required to provide seamless, fast, and efficient service. The technological partnership with Atos Origin offers a customised service and short response times. The system allows Autoclub Repsol to manage open files, consult written e-mail and fax communications from a single location, and register all contacts - in a completely automated manner.
