“Atos Worldline takes over Commerzbank’s credit card processing”

Frankfurt/Main – May 10th, 2004

Atos Worldline, an Atos Origin Company dedicated to IT-related BPO, has been awarded the contract for processing Commerzbank's credit cards. The company will thus be able to extend its services already provided to Commerzbank since 1998. From the first quarter of 2005, the approximately 450,000 credit cards will be transferred to Atos Worldline own processing platform.

Since 1998, Atos Worldline's Processing activity in Germany has been processing the World of TUI Visa cards for Commerzbank and, besides technical processing, has also been providing card holder services.

The range of services offered by Atos Worldline and the attractive conditions were decisive factors in the extension of the business relations. The technical integration of Atos Worldline systems in Commerzbank's bank systems is particularly significant. The handling of World Signia Cards - MasterCard's exclusive cards for discerning private customers - associated with the transfer of business represents a further extension of Atos Worldline's product range.
