“Atos Origin at the CeBIT 2003”
Stuttgart, 11 February 2003
Atos Origin in Hall 3, Stand C20 / Focusing on Outsourcing, Supply Chain Management, Customer Relationship Management and Business Intelligence
Under the motto "Don't stop thinking about tomorrow.", the leading IT and e-business services provider, Atos Origin, will be presenting future trends at this year's CeBIT (12th - 19th March in Hanover) in Hall 3, Stand C20. In particular, they will be demonstrating how large and medium sized enterprises can optimise the effectiveness of existing IT systems with the help of future-oriented strategies and solutions. More than ever, enterprises are concentrating on increasing efficiency in IT systems whilst reducing costs. The solution lies in uniform, but slim-line business processes throughout the enterprise.
In addition, Atos Origin will be presenting its product line " Worldline Pay" for international payment transactions. These products meet the complete requirements of payment solutions, for example acquirer and issuer, fraud prevention, the electronic purse, or loading mobile telephone prepaid cards. In Hall 18 (Banking Technology and Financial Services), Atos Origin Payment Solutions will be presenting solutions for the European-wide migration to EMV.
In addition to Business Intelligence (BI) solutions for enterprise visibility - achieving greater transparency of business processes, resulting in increased efficiency, satisfaction and better results for the enterprise - this year's presence focuses on other market-relevant themes such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Supply Chain Management (SCM), and innovative Outsourcing.
Experts still believe Customer Relationship Management to be a promising strategy of the future for maintaining and developing customer relationships. Atos Origin will be presenting innovative CRM concepts and strategies, with which enterprises can care for their customers using a variety of channels and thus increase customer satisfaction.
Atos Origin will also be presenting solutions and strategies around the theme of outsourcing. With Atos Origin as outsourcing partner, enterprises will succeed in significantly reducing and then maintaining their costs with the objective of increasing added value through high IT availability, whilst removing the IT burden from enterprises enabling them to concentrate on their own core business activities.
The latest Web service technologies assist enterprises to transform inflexible supply chains into adaptive supply networks. At CeBIT, Atos Origin will be showing how enterprises can create dynamic and flexible supply chains resulting in increased customer satisfaction and decreased costs.
Specialising in the High Tech & Telco, Financial Services, Process & Manufacturing, and Retail & Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sectors, Atos Origin offers a comprehensive portfolio to large and medium sized enterprises. It is precisely medium- sized enterprises that, again and again, find an ideal partner in Atos Origin; an organisation that has proven international expertise and presence whilst also guaranteeing first-class individual care.
