Bouygues Telecom has selected Atos Origin to develop, integrate and maintain the new version of its "6th Sense" services portal. Recent applications under the support contract include the integration of editorial content and redesign of the site navigation system.
True to its motto, "I can if I want", Bouygues Telecom's "6th Sense" services portal empowers WAP mobile phone owners to do what they want, when and where they want. In particular, it lets users:
Access more than 200 services from any location.
Check and manage their e-mail and address book.
Define alerts, for example to signal a stock price movement or a traffic jam.
Bouygues Telecom's commitment to constantly offering customers more services and functions requires continuous technological development. The most recent projects assigned to Atos Origin include the integration of editorial content and the redesign of the site's navigation system.
Atos Origin has provided Bouygues Telecom with a team of Internet technology experts who are extensively involved in upgrading the "6th Sense" portal. Their projects include developing and integrating business object pages, integrating third-party software and providing maintenance solutions.
As part of this highly specialized services portal project, Atos Origin has demonstrated its ability to adjust to the increasing short development cycles typical of Web environments, which demand fast response and the ability to work closely with client teams.
