Atos Origin Offers Systar's BusinessBridge Product To Help Customers Enhance Their Quality of Service

Systar (Bloomberg: SYSR NM), the leading provider of business process performance software solutions, today announced that it has partnered with Atos Origin (Bloomberg: SAX), a global IT and e-services provider, to offer e-business process performance monitoring software and services to organizations in Europe. Under the agreement, Atos Origin will resell and implement Systar's BusinessBridge, further strengthening Systar's market penetration in a wide breadth of industries including telecommunications, financial services and logistics management.

"E-business has dramatically heightened service-level expectations between an organization and its customers, partners and suppliers. As a result, companies must ensure that their IT resources are operating in sync with business goals if they want to succeed," said Pascal Exertier, Managing Director of Integration Activities for ATOS Origins in France. "Systar's BusinessBridge is a well-proven technology solution that will provide our customers with a way to measure end-to-end service quality and fulfill e-business demands."

BusinessBridge collects and analyzes business and IT data in real-time, so organizations can assess whether customer and business expectations are being met. When deviations occur, BusinessBridge calculates their impact on the business and alerts the appropriate managers, so that they can make informed decisions and prioritize resources based on business needs.

"To provide first-rate service quality along a company's entire value chain, organizations must strengthen the performance of all their business processes. BusinessBridge makes it possible for Atos Origin's clients to measure business process performance relative to their customer expectations - improving their overall quality of service," said Philippe Guenault, vice president of continental Europe operations for Systar. "Atos Origin's reputation for supplying innovative solutions to its clients, combined with BusinessBridge's customer satisfaction record, ensures that this partnership will deliver tremendous value to both new and existing customers."

With Atos Origin's noted expertise in the telecommunications and financial industries, among others, the companies will work together to develop business opportunities throughout Europe. To launch the partnership, Atos already has trained several of its professional services experts on BusinessBridge.
