Break the Communication Bias; how to be a communication ally

Tuesday March 8, 2022 | 12:00 – 13:00 CET

Are you a Conscious Communication Ally in your organization? As a leader, do you make an effort to encourage women to speak up and give them the space to let their opinions be heard? Do you stop dominant people from doing all the talking and silencing others in the meeting room or making it difficult to speak up? Do you support your peer when she speaks up to raise your voice with hers? Being a Communication ally means you are watchful for opportunities to encourage others to speak up more and share their ideas or points of view. In this International Women’s Day presentation, Barbara will share tips on how you can break the communication bias habits so that all members of the team will feel supported and encouraged to speak up.
