Chief Executive Officer, Atos North America
Simon Walsh is CEO of Atos North America, reporting to Atos Chairman and CEO Thierry Breton. Simon and his leadership team are responsible for serving the clients of North America and delivering more than $2B of revenue contribution back to the Atos Group. This is achieved through the distinguished effort of more than 7,000 colleagues who ensure the customers stay at the forefront of digital transformation and realize their business goals through technology. Atos North America includes the United States, Canada, Mexico and Guatemala.
Prior to Atos, Simon was Chief Operating Officer of Virtustream, Dell Technologies’ global cloud business, where he led its global expansion and supported the CEO’s daily execution of the company’s strategy.
Before Virtustream, Simon was Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of EMC EMEA. He also spent 17 years with Computacenter PLC, with the latter four years as Managing Director UK&I, delivering IT services and solutions throughout the United Kingdom and Ireland.
Simon is Chairman of Beds on Board, a startup focused on providing accommodation on stationary yachts.
Chief Financial Officer, Atos North America
Jayesh Maroo is Chief Financial Officer for Atos North America. His team equips the organization with financial insight and discipline to make sound business decisions in the service of its clients. Under his guidance, Atos North America contributes more than $2 billion in annual revenue to the Atos Group.
Prior to North America, Jayesh was Global CFO for Atos’ Infrastructure and Data Management Services division, which delivered €7 billion in annual revenue to the Atos Group. In this role, he supported the Divisional CEO in executing strategy and delivering profitable growth both organically and through acquisition.
Before that, he was CFO for Atos UK and Ireland, where he was an integral part of the team that grew the business from £700 million to over £2 billion in revenue. This was done through integrating acquisitions led by the Atos Group, as well as locally-led acquisitions and new contracts.
Jayesh joined Atos in 2001 after 6 years at EDS (now DXC), where he served as CFO for its EMEA Business Process Outsourcing division. He’s a Chartered Accountant, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Managerial Economics from Aston University.
General Counsel, Atos North America
Amy Chipperson is General Counsel, North America and Associate Group General Counsel. Amy is responsible for all North America legal matters as well as supporting the strategy projects of the Legal, Compliance and Contract Management teams.
Prior to her appointment to General Counsel, Amy was the Senior Legal Director for Atos North America where she successfully maintained responsibility for transactional matters, corporate compliance, mergers and acquisitions and implementation within the region. She joined Atos in 2016 from Tata Consultancy Services where she served as Corporate Legal Counsel responsible for negotiating and closing complex IT services agreements and managing all North American litigation. Amy began her career as in-house counsel at Hewlett-Packard where served as Senior Counsel at Hewlett-Packard Financial Services and Hewlett-Packard Services for almost ten years. Prior to joining Hewlett-Packard, Amy worked in private practice concentrating in litigation.
Amy holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Penn State University and a Juris Doctor cum laude, from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center and is admitted to the bar in both New Jersey and New York.
Amy Brown, PHR
Head of Human Resources, Atos North America
Amy is Head of Human Resources for Atos North America. Her team provides tactical and strategic support for employee relations and engagement, compensation and benefits, mobility, learning and development, performance management and workforce optimization.
Prior to her current position, Amy was HR Chief Operating Officer for Atos North America, where she worked to improve the HR service model and communications. During this time, internal HR customer satisfaction improved by more than 5% in 6 months.
Before this, she was Senior Director responsible for Atos health benefits, wellness and retirement plans in the United States and Canada. In this role, she managed the health benefit and retirement transition activity through multiple corporate acquisitions, integrating over 6,000 new Atos employees in 24 months. She also participated in the Fidelity Client Advisory Board.
Amy’s awards and recognitions include the Atos Global HR Honors and HR Presidents awards, and Siemens Divisional Employee of the Year. She received her B.A. in Business Management from the College of St. Benedict in St. Joseph, Minnesota. She’s currently based in Cincinnati, Ohio, at the Mason Service Delivery Center.
Digital Transformation Officer, Atos North America
Peter Cutts is the Digital Transformation Officer for Atos North America. He is and his organization are responsible for driving adoption of new and innovative digital technologies across the North American expanding customer base. Peter spent the better part of his career focused on transformational and entrepreneurial change within the Dell Technologies family and their customer base. He focused on assisting both the internal transformation of the Dell Technology portfolio as well as enabling large enterprise customers on their IT and Digital Transformational journeys. Peter will drive the continued expansion of the Atos digital portfolio and amplify the digital transformation solutions the company offers.
Peter has more than 20 years’ experience in the technology sector. Before joining Atos he held a number of leadership positions at Dell Technologies, most recently as a the Senior Vice President Product Management and Operations for Virtustream. Prior roles include Senior Vice President of Hybrid Cloud Platforms, where Peter and his team took a new business to over a billion plus in just a few years. He also served as Vice President of Global Solutions while at Dell Technologies focused on agile transformation of global software development organizations focused on deep integration and development of software with internal products and companies like VMware, Pivotal, SI Partners, SAP, ORACLE, and other industry partners.
Peter earned a Bachelor’s in Business Administration – Specialization in Accounting from Framingham State College.
Chief Sales Officer, Atos North America
Charles LeMaster is Chief Sales Officer for Atos North America, with responsibility for sales, business development, marketing, pre-sales, alliances and analyst/advisor relations. Over the course of his tenure at Atos, he’s led the integration of multiple sales teams in establishing a unified go-to-market organization supported by an industrialized sales governance structure.
Prior to joining Atos, he held a number of leadership positions over the course of a decade with Affiliated Computer Services, which was acquired by Xerox in 2010. Previous roles included Senior Vice president of Sales for Xerox’s Commercial IT Outsourcing business and Managing Director for Xerox’s Healthcare division. As Managing Director, he was responsible for all facets of a $200M business unit including growth, client service management, global operations and P&L management.
Prior to Xerox, Charles spent several years with Perot Systems and AT&T in a variety of leadership roles. With more than 25 years of experience, he’s served a variety of industries working across all segments of the services spectrum including consulting, systems integration, IT managed services and technology-enabled business process outsourcing.
Chief Information Officer, Atos North America
Marc is Chief Information Officer for Atos’ North and South America regions, reporting to Bruno Nigrelli, Group CIO, and Simon Walsh, North America CEO. He leads the deployment of the company’s technology and digital roadmap as well as the integration of acquired businesses into Atos’ ICT and business process landscapes.
Prior to Atos North America, he was CIO of Atos in France, Corporate HQ and Africa, in charge of internal IT infrastructures, cybersecurity, business applications and processes, and associated roadmaps.
During this term, he led the IT integration of Bull into Atos and a regional ICT infrastructure integration, redesign, build and transition across 20,000 seats at more than 45 sites.
Before serving as CIO, Marc led Atos’ Business Applications and Enterprise Resource Planning landscape transformation from a fragmented multi-country framework into an integrated single-tenant enterprise environment at group level.
After joining Atos in 2004 as a Human Resources Project and Applications Manager, he led the implementation and rollout of Atos’ global SAP HR landscape.
Marc holds a Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management and Business Management from France’s School of Mines.
Head of Sales for Atos Syntel
Anil Jain is the Head of North American Sales for Atos Syntel. In this role, he is responsible for sales and new business growth for all Atos Syntel’s strategic accounts across the Americas.
He previously served as Head of Syntel’s Insurance business unit, where he oversaw daily operations of all insurance industry operations, including service delivery, talent development, customer satisfaction and customer relationship management for P&C, life, and health insurers.
Mr. Jain joined Syntel in 1993 as a Delivery Manager and was an instrumental member of the leadership team that managed one of the earliest and largest outsourcing deals in the Insurance industry at the time. Following that position, he led the implementation of a web-based unified technology platform for a major insurer’s personal and commercial lines business.
Anil subsequently managed several large outsourcing initiatives, led business development teams, helped establish Syntel’s e-Commerce practice, executed several Enterprise Integration initiatives, and helped develop Syntel’s tools, processes and methodologies.
With over 30 years of experience in the insurance space and 20+ years of leadership experience, Mr. Jain began his career at TCS where he held positions in both technical and leadership capacities.
Senior Vice President, Head of Big Data and Cybersecurity, Atos North America
Jerome Sandrini manages Atos’ Big Data and Cybersecurity business in North America. This includes services and products related to cybersecurity, data science, high-performance computing, analytics, AI and machine learning.
He has an engineering background in distributed computing systems and software development, as well as a strong entrepreneurial profile.
Jerome joined Atos in 2013 through its acquisition of FastConnect, a big-data consulting company he founded in 2004 and built to employ more than 150 people. FastConnect specialized in distributed computing, cloud computing, big data and service-oriented architecture in the finance industry.
Before that, Jerome was Head of Regional EMEA Product Management for Retail & Wealth Management at Reuters, where he also served as Product Delivery Manager for Reuters Mercury and FIX Solutions.
Prior to Reuters, he held a variety of managerial roles throughout TIBCO, TIBCO Financial Services, and later its Central Bespoke Development unit.
Jerome earned his Master’s in Computer Engineering from Paris Dauphine University in 1996. He’s currently based in Purchase, New York.
